The First Neighborhoods Will Begin Construction In 2024

Adjacent to the 400-acre Lagoon Valley Park, the first three neighborhoods will begin construction in 2024. All the residences in the first phase of the Community will be detached single-family homes on lots ranging in size from about 4,500 square feet to well over 15,000 square feet. These gated neighborhoods will have easy access to the future Event Center, Organic Farm and retail businesses. The extensive trail system will link the homes to parks, recreation and preserved open space.


This charming neighborhood will be distinguished by the flowering hawthorn plantings, which are its namesake. With rear alleys providing garage access, the streetscape has a lovely, village-like character.
