On April 26th, city leaders, alongside Triad Development and Lennar Homes, celebrated the groundbreaking of Lilac Ridge, Lagoon Valley’s inaugural neighborhood. Mayor John Carli expressed his enthusiasm for the project, highlighting the city’s anticipation and the extensive behind-the-scenes efforts that have made this Conservation Community vision a reality.
Each of the 14 residential neighborhoods in Lagoon Valley is distinct in home design, lot and home size, price, and amenities. Featuring some of the highest architectural and landscape design standards in the country, Lilac Ridge will soon welcome residents to this serene valley.
